چکیده

Abstract Amaranth imprinted nanoparticles were prepared by two-phase mini emulsion polymerization of hydroxyethyl methacrylate and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate using acrylamide methacrylic acid as functional monomers. The amaranth non-imprinted nanoparticle was with the same procedure without amaranth. attached on chip surface modified allyl mercaptan. surfaces plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor characterized ellipsometry, contact angle, atomic force microscopy. solutions different concentrations (0.1mg/mL–150mg/mL) pH 7.4 phosphate buffer. limit detection quantification 0.0180mg/mL 0.06mg/mL, respectively. When selectivity SPR compared competing molecules tartrazine allura red, it observed that target molecule 5.64 times 5.18 more selective than red tartrazine, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry technique (LC-MS) used for validation studies. According to results obtained from both LC-MS analyses, recovery (%) fruit juices between 96% 99%.

A Surface Plasmon Resonance Sensor for the Detection of Deoxynivalenol Using a Molecularly Imprinted Polymer

The aim of the present work was to investigate the feasibility of applying the molecular imprinting polymer technique to the detection of the mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON) using a surface plasmon resonance (SPR) transducer. A molecularly imprinted polypyrrole (MIPPy) film was prepared via electropolymerization of pyrrole onto a bare Au chip in the presence of a template DON molecule. Atomic fo...

Microcontact imprinted surface plasmon resonance sensor for myoglobin detection.

In this study, we prepared surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor using the molecular imprinting technique for myoglobin detection in human serum. For this purpose, we synthesized myoglobin imprinted poly(hydroxyethyl methacrylate-N-methacryloyl-l-tryptophan methyl ester) [poly(HEMA-MATrp)] nanofilm on the surface of SPR sensor. We also synthesized non-imprinted poly(HEMA-MATrp) nanofilm withou...

Surface plasmon resonance based on molecularly imprinted nanoparticles for the picomolar detection of the iron regulating hormone Hepcidin-25

BACKGROUND Molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) technique is a powerful mean to produce tailor made synthetic recognition sites. Here precipitation polymerization was exploited to produce a library of MIP nanoparticles (NPs) targeting the N terminus of the hormone Hepcidin-25, whose serum levels correlate with iron dis-metabolisms and doping. Biotinylated MIP NPs were immobilized to NeutrAvidin™...

Interaction of ochratoxin A with molecularly imprinted polypyrrole film on surface plasmon resonance sensor

A molecularly imprinted polypyrrole (MIPPy) film was synthesized on the Spreeta sensor, a miniaturized surface plasmon resonance device, for detection of ochratoxin A (OTA). The MIPPy was electrochemically polymerized on the sensor surface from a solution of pyrrole and OTA in ethanol/water (1:9 v/v). The film growth was monitored in situ by an increasing SPR angle. Binding properties of the MI...

Glucose detection with surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy and molecularly imprinted hydrogel coatings.

Molecularly imprinted hydrogel membranes were developed and evaluated for detection of small analytes via surface plasmon resonance spectroscopy. Imprinting of glucose phosphate barium salt into a poly(allylamine hydrochloride) network covalently bound to gold surfaces yielded a selective sensor for glucose. Optimization of relative amounts of chemicals used for preparation of the hydrogel was ...
